Whether you’ve recently transplanted to the Greater Brandon, Florida community or have lived here for years, Tampa’s eastern suburb community has much to offer its residents!
Maybe you didn’t know this interesting fact, but Brandon is the largest unincorporated community in Florida. About 10 miles from Tampa, the community dates back to the late-nineteenth century and is named after the Brandon family, who were the first to call the area home. In fact, the Stower’s Funeral Home off Highway 60, the main vein through town, was the home of the Brandon family.
